I took so many photos during my recent visit to Little Horse on the Prairie, it’s difficult to choose a favorite. When you have more than one “frame-worthy” photo, and very little display space, a great solution is to put them in a photo book. I put together a professional looking, beautifully bound photo book on Adoramapix.com. The online app is easy to use and offers several template options.
Here is a preview of the book!
Custom Hardcover
On Adoramapix, you have the option of choosing a custom hardcover, fabric, lux leather, or genuine leather cover. I prefer the custom hardcover for my photo books because I like using a photo to make the book easier to identify. Also, it keeps it casual and fun. When I prop the photo book on an easel, it gives it the importance of a framed photo, but with a photo-story inside!
The software comes equipped with a good variety of fonts, cutouts, backgrounds, drawings, frames, and more! Whether you want to add to a preset theme, or start from scratch (like I did), the possibilities are endless!
Lay flat pages
I really like how the pages lay flat. The images above are of the same page, from different angles. As you can see, I didn’t have to choose the middle of the book to create seamless spread. This allowed me to tell my story the way I wanted to, instead of worrying about technical issues.
Paper Options
At first, I wasn’t sure which paper I wanted for my book. Luckily, Adoramapix does a great job of explaining the paper options and the benefits for each choice. The website explains the science behind the paper and suggestions on when to use a certain type of paper. My photos came out great in the book, and I am very satisfied with the result. I love using photo books to store special memories. I highly recommend using Adoramapix!
