There is a special dog-focused exhibit at the California Science Center that will be ending in the new year. The exhibit allows humans to experience what it’s like from a dog’s perspective from all senses. My six-year old daughter really enjoyed it. In a timed run, she learned she runs as fast as a pug! The smell-sensitive display was my least favorite, but I imagine kids (especially boys) will be amused by the ground-centric smells such as urine! There were also “build a dog” displays, service dog sections, dog-focused artwork, and more! My daughter loves technology, so playing “virtual fetch” with a dog on the video screen entertained her for awhile.
The exhibit closes January 5th, 2020 so it can travel to other museums around the country. Be sure to check it out before then! Enter my giveaway below for tickets!
