Last Saturday, my family and I visited Centennial Farm, a three-acre working farm at the OC Event and Fair Center. I must give credit to my husband for finding this wonderful place. He took my daughter here one day a few months ago so I could have some much needed “me-time.”
The farm is (as of this writing) FREE to visit if there are no “property-wide” events scheduled (which are indicated by “all grounds” on their event calendar).
What I like best about this farm is that it’s an educational experience. Also, the animals seem happy and well taken care of. It was a great, relaxing, non-crowded environment my family and I enjoyed. Afterwards, we went to the market next door. It was definitely worth the drive from the Westside!
