One of the most aesthetically pleasing “selfie spaces” I’ve visited in the past was “Happy Place.”

This holiday season, Happy Place is “Happy Place – The Drive Thru” at Westfield Century City in Los Angeles. Besides driving through colorful themed displays, there is also a scavenger hunt.
Make sure your phone is charged! You are assigned a QR code after registering and singing the waiver. You will need to present that QR code when you reach certain points of the Drive Thru where an assistant will scan it and record you in your car (with your permission), then email you a link of the recording. This is a nice option if like me, you are usually the one behind the camera taking the photos and video.
My 7 year-old enjoyed it the most – especially because there was a section with unicorn statues and because everything is extremely bright. I would advise visiting at night, as some of the displays involve colorful lights like the twinkle tunnel.
