On Saturday, my husband, niece and I checked out “3000 Moments,” by artist Pascal Campion at Center Stage Gallery in Burbank. My sister is a big fan of his work and told me about his exhibit, which opened this past weekend, and will run until August 3rd. We really enjoyed his art and are now fans. We ordered prints, bought his book, met him, and got the book signed! His work is very touching, beautiful, and relatable. Pascal Campion is a French-American illustrator and animator who currently resides in San Francisco with his wife and three children. His family life is the inspiration for a lot of the artwork on display. The moments and memories Pascal captured in his artwork really moved me because they made me think about the moments I’ve experienced and hope to experience with my own family. I encourage you to check out this exhibit if you are in the Los Angeles area. You can also find information about him and samples of his work at: http://www.pascalcampion.com/ and http://pascalcampion.blogspot.com/.
